Creating and listing your property on home-sharing sites such as Vacation Rentals By Owner (VRBO) and/or Airbnb. Subscription and service fees apply.
Coordinate all bookings and cleaning services. Cleaning services are provided by River Grove Rentals, therefore, we take the cleaning fee from the reservation
Communicate with all reservation requests and inquiries before accepting reservations and continuing communication with renters throughout their stay
Collecting rent, security deposits, and other fees. The homeowner can decide to take charge of this and pay RGR agent their mgmt. and cleaning fees.
Coordinating all repairs from outside contractors or handling the repairs personally
Tracking of all rental income through the home sharing site’s financial reporting; those entities typically send out 1099s to owners
Arranging a year-end statement to track income and expenditures for the tax year
