By offering cleaning services, homeowners can be assured that their investment is inspected and will help with monitoring any maintenance issues when they come up. We also work with a couple of other housekeeping service providers in the area.

Our vacation rental management services include, but are not limited to:

  • Free consultation to determine rental market value

  • Creating and listing your property on home-sharing sites such as Vacation Rentals By Owner (VRBO) and/or Airbnb.  Subscription and service fees apply.

  • Coordinate all bookings and cleaning services. Cleaning services are provided by River Grove Rentals, therefore, we take the cleaning fee from the reservation

  • Communicate with all reservation requests and inquiries before accepting reservations and continuing communication with renters throughout their stay

  • Collecting rent, security deposits, and other fees. The homeowner can decide to take charge of this and pay RGR agent their mgmt. and cleaning fees.

  • Coordinating all repairs from outside contractors or handling the repairs personally

  • Tracking of all rental income through the home sharing site’s financial reporting; those entities typically send out 1099s to owners

  • Arranging a year-end statement to track income and expenditures for the tax year
