We’re here to make the process of finding a rental home as simple as possible. Please find the link below for the rental application, which you will complete and bring to your appointment. To speed up the screening process, please bring a valid photo ID, at least two months of paystubs, verification of employment if applicable, and the completed application to your appointment. If prospective tenants do not fill out the credit card and other credit information on the application, you will be required to visit Credit Karma to get your credit score. You will need to make your own account to receive documentation. This is a free credit check and puts the tenant in charge of providing their own credit background.
