At River Grove Rentals, LLC, we strive to protect your long-term investment property by screening and identifying qualified tenants who are responsible and financially stable.
We commit to continuous communication with property owners and tenants to ensure the health of your home. We will inspect your home periodically so you can rest assured your home is safe and in good hands. Once you’ve signed a management agreement, we will begin advertising your property with a marketing description and photos. We will list your home primarily on Zillow and www.rivergroverentals.com.
Our property management services include, but are not limited to:
Free consultation to determine rental market value
Collecting monthly rent, security deposits, and other fees
All tenant screening (interviews, personal qualifications, financial qualifications)
Arranging advertising of your property during times of turnover
Arranging all repairs from outside contractors or handling the repairs personally
Tracking of all rental income and expenditures in owner and tenant trust accounts
Arranging a year-end statement to track income and expenditures
Process owner 1099s for the tax year
River Grove Rentals, LLC's primary focus is on servicing residential properties in the northern Flathead Valley, mostly in Columbia Falls, other areas are on a case by case scenario.
